Yes! We offer free storage at no charge. This is to ensure that if a product becomes available with limited quantity, you can buy it and keep it in our warehouse until you are ready to install your floors.
For contractors, you can request delivery of it, a little bit at a time, so you are not liable for product loss or damage on the construction site. When your orders are placed, they are taken off the floor and prepared under your name. Contact a team member first as some space limitation may occur for larger orders and fees may apply.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your floors, you may return them within 30 days under the conditions that they have not been installed. We will refund your money back guaranteed as long as we receive the floors back in the condition and original packaging in which you received them. Some shipping return fees may apply.
We work with top Canadian and American manufacturers in the industry for Hardwoods and Engineered and also top European and Asian manufacturers in other lines of product to ensure quality and complete customer satisfaction. Our suppliers are all time tested. Our products usually offer a 20-35 year residential warranty. More specification may be requested at all times by contacting on of our team members.
We use PayPal as an online transactional platform to protect ourselves and the customer. You do not need to hold a paypal account to process the transaction. Simply choose the pay by credit or debit card method. We are currently working with Moneris for simplified, alternative payments methods in the near future.
Yes we do. We get new materials every week and try to keep up with what is on our website. By the time you receive your sample and place an order some stock may no longer be available. Call or text our team members for more details and the possibility of holding an order until you get your samples delivered.
Yes! We have a great selection of flooring that is made in Canada. We hold over 4000 products in stock which are available today. We ensure a certain quality and excellent after-sales service from our local suppliers. Our exotic floors, which come from Brazil, are also manufactured and pre-finished in Québec to ensure the best quality!
