When there is an error in pricing or product availability, it is corrected by our system. Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, it can be returned in its original condition and packaging with your original receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. The flooring must not have been installed and then removed for return.
-Once floors are installed, they are considered as accepted and no refunds will be issues.
-If you change your mind on your floors and they have already been shipped, you must accept the delivery of your floors and then call our team to coordinate their return.
An online order “can” be returned in store. Make sure material is in like-new condition, no open boxes will be accepted and have receipt or order confirmation email available.

Damaged or defective products are subject to the legal or manufacturer’s warranty, as applicable.
Based on the nature and reason of the return, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees to and from Canada Floors Depot.
Based on the nature and reason of the return Canada Floors Depot reserves the right to charge up to 18% re-stocking fee.
If your order has been shipped, no refunds or return credit can be issued until the goods are received and returned.
Notwithstanding this Return Policy, Canada Floors Depot. reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for a reason not stated above. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
Legal Warranty
The Consumer Protection Act gives a warranty on all goods you purchase or lease from a merchant. The goods must be usable: for the purpose for which they are ordinarily used (section 37 of the Act) and in normal use for a reasonable length of time, which may vary according to the price paid, the terms of the contract and the conditions of use (section 38 of the Act).

These Terms and Conditions apply to the websites, including www.CanadaFloorsDepot.com and any applications, platforms, services or other resources related to, distributed on, or available through the websites (the “Sites”). The Sites are operated by Canada Floors Depot.
Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks and logos (the “Trademarks”) used and displayed on the Sites are registered and unregistered Canada Floors Depot and others. Nothing on the Sites should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Sites, without the prior written permission of the Trademark owner. Canada Floors Depot aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The name of Canada Floors Depot and logo or the other Canada Floors Depot formatives may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Sites, without prior, written permission from Canada Floors Depot. Canada Floors Depot prohibits use of the Canada Floors Depot logo as part of a link to or from any site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by Canada Floors Depot in writing. Fair use of Canada Floors Depot requires proper acknowledgment. Other product and company names mentioned in the Sites may be the Trademarks of their respective owners.
Legal Disputes
You agree that this agreement and your use of the Sites are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in all disputes (a) arising out of, relating to, or concerning the Sites and/or this agreement, (b) in which the Sites and/or this agreement is an issue or a material fact, or (c) in which the Sites and/or this agreement is referenced in a paper filed in a court, tribunal, agency or other dispute resolution organization.
With the prior agreement of Canada Floors Depot, any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to or concerning the Sites and/or this agreement shall be decided by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association and any such arbitration proceedings shall be brought and held in Montreal Quebec Canada. The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Use of the Sites is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of this agreement, including without limitation this paragraph and the warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions above. Canada Floors Depot has endeavored to comply with all legal requirements known to it in creating and maintaining the Sites, but makes no representation that materials on the Sites are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Use of the Sites is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of the Sites may violate any legal requirements and you agree not to access the Sites in any such jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. Any use in contravention of this provision or any provision of this agreement is at your own risk and, if any part of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall govern such use.
Revisions to the Terms and Conditions
You agree that Canada Floors Depot may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Sites is offered.
Inappropriate Material
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. In addition to any remedies that we may have at law or in equity, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated or are likely to violate the foregoing prohibitions, we may take any action we deem necessary to cure or prevent the violation, including without limitation, the immediate removal of the related materials from the Sites. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order or subpoena requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.
Other Matters
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Canada Floors Depot as a result of this agreement or your use of the Sites.
Canada Floors Depot’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Canada Floors Depot’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Sites or information provided to or gathered by Canada Floors Depot with respect to such use.
